Nikita is a graduate of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia.
As a physiotherapist, Nikita gets great enjoyment in assisting people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their varying goals and seeing the benefits to them as their health and quality of life is maximised.
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (sports injuries, neck and back pain, post operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic joint and muscular injuries) is Nikita’s particular area of interest, whether it is with children, adolescents, adults or the elderly. Utilising a mix of hands on and exercise based treatment, Nikita ensures she continues to maintain up to date with the most recent evidence and new skills with continual professional development.
Nikita's strong focus on maximising patient function is enhanced with training in Kinetic Link Training (KLT), enabling her to extend on her assessment knowledge to develop high level functional training programs, suitable as part of rehabilitation for clients of all ages and also for injury prevention and performance training.
Away from consulting, Nikita enjoys participating in sports, in particular basketball. With a background growing up in a small town (Roxby Downs), Nikita sees the Barossa Valley community as a perfect fit for her.
Nikita consults from both our of locations, inside “The Rex” on Magnolia Rd and also at our 8 Murray Street Location.
